I am using D-link DWA-130 usb network adapter. I used NDIswapper to install the rt2870 driver. It works well except losing response from time to time. The network manager says it is connected but I do not get any signal. I have to restart my computer. It is annoying. Please tell me how to diagnosis where the actual problem is. please tell me what commend to input and I will post the result. Thank you!

From searching it seems this chipset should be supported out of the box, why use ndiswrapper? – Jorge Castro Dec 5 '10 at 23:11

Agree with Jorge. I have a dongle with this chipset and it doesn't need any special attention on the latest Ubuntu versions. – Oli Dec 5 '10 at 23:41
