After permanently switching to Integrated Graphics (Intel) my computer will just have a black screen when I plug it in but it works fine on battery or if it was plugged in when I turned it on. In addition, when it goes black if I push Ctrl + Alt + F1 and then Ctrl + Alt + F7 it gives me many errors with brackets with numbers before. Also, running sudo service lightdm restart does not help. The only way to fix it, currently is to hold the power button and turn the computer back on. I'm not sure whether or not it breaks when removing the power. This has happened a total of four times.
