I am having a problem with a device I have. It is a "Ion Tape2PC" tape conversion system. It's supposed to be plug and play, it doesn't need drivers to work. I already downloaded and installed the software to convert the tapes to mp3 with wine, but when I connect my device it won't read it or recognize it or anything,
