I've run into this rather odd issue. In Ubuntu 12.04, with the latest kernel update, the computer will not wake up from a suspend. Much worse that that, it starts to load, immediately turns off, and the usually won't turn back on for a few hours... What the hell is going on? My computer is an HP Pavilion dv6 and I am running 64 bit ubuntu 12.04 with a core 2 duo chip. Everything else works okay...
