I am not able to open most of the websites, I am running Ubuntu 12.04. Some of the sites are

  1. Facebook.com - The login page is coming, but the profile page isn't
  2. addons.mozilla.com - this is taking forever to load

and many other similar websites. Please help!

Please explain your problem further. Did you install flash-plugin and java? It is a comment, but i don't have that reputation to post a comment. lol... – ScareCrow Jul 1 '12 at 20:46
