How do I install gtk-config in Ubuntu 10.10?

The following occurs:

user@ubuntu:~/Desktop/dia/dia-0.83$ gtk-config --version No command 'gtk-config' found, did you mean: Command 'gts-config' from package 'libgts-bin' (universe) gtk-config: command not found

this might not help much and be a little off topic, but if you have 10.10, and dont wana upgrade, then downgrade to 10.4 because canonical will support ubuntu 10.4 opr 10.04 until april 2013 – Nick Bailuc Jun 19 '12 at 16:39
