I need smali syntax highlighting plugin for Gedit. Or any other alternative.

Not an exact answer to your need, but you can make your custom syntax highlighter for any language in gedit. Take a look at syntax highlighting section and GtkSourceView 3 Language Definition v2.0 Tutorial – Samik Jun 19 '12 at 10:16
