Whenever I try to open a video on VLC it crashes.

When I executed it from the terminal i got the following error:

MKV/Ebml Parser: m_el[mi_level] == NULL
MKV/Ebml Parser: Up cannot escape itself
MKV/Ebml Parser: m_el[mi_level] == NULL
MKV/Ebml Parser: Up cannot escape itself
[ass] Error opening memory font: MyriadPro-Cond.otf
[ass] Error opening memory font: MyriadPro-BoldCond.otf

In this case it was a MKV, but it wont play any video file. I tryed to install again but i keep getting the error. The program auto-closes and dont show anything.

If someone out there has already faced and suvived this issue, please tell me how.

Thanks.
