ubuntu 12.04 mouse mulfunction clicker function disabled randomly

i just installed ubuntu 12.04 dualboot with windows 7, i thought that ubuntu is just laggy and slow because it wont react to my mouse clicks anymore then i tried to use trackpad on my msi wind u100 plus then it could click the windows then my mouse click function returns to normal is this a bug? i also can't get garena to function on wine i've red in some forums its also a bug on the new ubuntu 12.04. i usually encounter mouse mulfunction when using mozilla, fresh install ubuntu yesterday newbie on linux updated system, also tried pressing alt tab some times mouse returns to normal too and ctrl alt delete, but trackpad clicking works better.
