I have a few questions about the ubiquity installer I am about to assemble using UCK. They related to names in the installer.

  1. I am using UCK to build th live cd from the existing installation. Is it possible to change the terms "Try Ubuntu" and "Install Ubuntu" in the ubiquity installer. I have read somewhere that, it can be changed by changing the name in the info file in the .disk folder of the iso file. Since I am building from the existing instalation, there is no .disk folder. So is i possible to change the name.
  2. Does changing DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu in the lsb-release file is safe , and does that change make the changes to the installer ?
  3. Is it possible to chnge the colour of the terminal window in the custom built live cd ?
  4. And how do we change the username and host name "ubuntu@ubuntu in the live cd terminal. Is it possible by changing the lsb-relase ?
