This Problem has been around for a while. I tried getting support on Reddit but I couldn't find anyone who had the answer. I've uninstalled gnome shell and reinstalled, to no avail. Can anyone help?

lspci -v | grep -i vga in terminal , boot to other environment and do that in terminal . – Jai May 29 '12 at 2:33
