Few days ago I install new version of Ubuntu (12.04 LTS) on my PC. This was clean install. I've next network integrated card and it's not work :(. Below information about my NIC:

lspci -v

Subsystem: Giga-byte Technology GA-EP45-DS5 Motherboard
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 43
I/O ports at de00 [size=256]
Memory at fbeff000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=4K]
Memory at fbef8000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=16K]

Kernel driver in use: r8168

I've investigate issue and found that by default kernel using r8169 module for this card and people change it on native Realtek drivers. http://code.google.com/p/r8168/ - mirror of official drivers on google code. But it's not help in my case.

Don't use this version unless you're into testing. Ubuntu 12.10, don't even reach it's alpha 01 stage. Expects many errors. Use Ubuntu 12.04 LTS instead. –  Barz May 22 '12 at 5:39
