Please if you can help, but let me explain I was working in Gimp and the internet everything was going good then I went to save a file in Gimp it took a long time. I hit saved again and nothing. Then I went to see if I can change to anything I was unable to get to anything. So I power down, now I can do get ubuntu to boot, I can get to the GNU GRUB where it says Ubuntu, with linux 3.2.0-24 generic and recovery and thing of that nature. So I go to checking disk errors I get error found while checking the disk for /. I go to recovery same mess can someone point me in the right direction
