I'm new to Ubuntu and recently installed it a coupled days ago. When I Alt+Tab, the animation is in a white rectangle with simple icons. I also have this problem with workplace switching. How can I get it back to the previous settings where when switching between workplaces was animated and took you through them and Alt+Tab had the bigger icons?

This is what is was and want it back to:

How did it happened? Did you installed a new theme or changed some other settings? –  Basharat Sialvi May 17 '12 at 4:28

I never changed the theme, just the background picture once, and messed with the power settings. –  midnight101 May 17 '12 at 4:36
