I have Ubuntu 12.04 installed on Vmware. I am trying to connect Ubuntu directly to the card. The Vmware recognises the card and disconnects it from the host (windows7) to connect it to the guest (Ubuntu12.04) however Ubuntu doesn't react to that at all.

When I do "iwconfig" it just shows lo and eth0. No wireless.
