Yesterday I upgraded from 11.10 to 12.04. I restarted my comp after installation and it boots up normal but after the five dot start up screen I get a black screen that reads "Ubuntu 12.04 LTS ubuntu ttyl. Ubuntu login:" after I put my user name and password it says "last login (date and time blah blah) welcome to Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.0.0-17-generic x86_64) *documentation help.Ubuntu.com Philip@Ubuntu (command cursor)

HELP!

sudo start lightdm
