This question has been asked before and already has an answer. If those answers do not fully address your question, please ask a new question.

I can't see any record of an adobe-flashplugin with the version 10.0.32.18-1 ever having been published in the partner repository.

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/adobe-flashplugin/+changelog

Where are you installing it from? Can you run:

$ apt-cache policy adobe-flashplugin:i386

Please?
