Ubuntu One worked perfectly for me before the update. After i switched to Ubuntu 12.04 Precise (Beta 2), It crashed with an error message:

CredentialsError
DBusException(dbus.String(u'Traceback (most recent call last):\n File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/dbus/service.py", line 707, in _message_cb\n retval = candidate_method(self, *args, **keywords)\n File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone/platform/credentials/linux.py", line 185, in find_credentials\n reply_handler=reply_handler, error_handler=error_handler)\n File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/dbus/proxies.py", line 137, in __call__\n **keywords)\n File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/dbus/connection.py", line 584, in call_async\n message.append(signature=signature, *args)\nValueError: Unable to guess signature from an empty dict\n'),)

I even checked the bug report for bug #711162 at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntuone-client/+bug/711162

I waited for the beta to get over, but even after that, it still doesn't work!

I need some help, because i use Ubuntu One for a lot of my work, and i need it back ASAP!

And another weird thing is that this happened only AFTER UPDATING! Before that, it was perfect!

You should try reinstalling the official .iso from the Ubuntu website, I've found that not reinstalling after a beta sometimes causes problems. – Ross Fleming Apr 29 '12 at 12:32
