I am trying to use Ubuntu One with Windows 7 but can't seem to sign in during intsallation. I always get the error message "The authentication failed" and when I try to reset my password I get "Sorry we did not recognize the email address."

I tryed two different accounts and two different machines with Windows 7 64bit. Ubuntu One is not blocked by the Windows firewall.

It works when I log in via internet and with Ubuntu since 10.04 up to now (12.04).

Anyone got any ideas?

According to the Ubuntu One FAQ, it might be related to the server SSL certificates.
