How to Install Broadcom / STA Wireless card (BCM43XX)

I've been trying for some time now to make my wireless work again in Ubuntu 11.10, though it worked in 10.04 before I installed the several upgrades to this current version. I've been on the forums, and have made sure I have no soft or hard blocks, un-blacklisted bcm43xx drivers, removed the proprietary Broadcom STA drivers, and installed the B43 ones, but that still hasn't helped. I've tried many different solutions, but nothing seems to work. My lspci output is below.

You may want to try and reinstall your bcm43** driver which is worked for me go system>administration>synaptic package manager. When the screen comes up click on reload locate your broadcom driver click to reinstall and try again.
