I have Spotify Premium and the native Spotify client installed on my Ubuntu 11.10. Every time I change the volume Spotify has a delay and changes smoothly to the choosen volume. That's sometimes annoying because I don't know if it's too loud only after a couple of seconds when Spotify is breaking my ears :P

Does anyone know how to change this annoying behaviour?

This sounds like app behavior. You need to contact Spotify support about it I think, as Spotify is a proprietary application/service. – dobey Apr 13 '12 at 13:42

You should let Spotify know about this. As another premium user I can concur that this is an issue but this isn't the place to report it. – Oli♦ Apr 16 '12 at 12:06
