I'm using KDE and Dolphin as my files manager. I don't see any "Send to" option when I right-click on a file. Is it possible to add it ?

Dolphin > Settings > Configure Dolphin > General > Context Menu. There are options to "Show 'Delete' command", "Show 'Copy To' and 'Move To' commands". Dolphin > Settings > Configure Dolphin > Services. There are options to select which services should be shown in the context menu and download new services.
