I like using Empathy in Ubuntu for combining multiple accounts. Lately I keep getting the following error: It happens often that I receive a message 2,3,4 times. For example

Hi

HI

HI

How are you?

How are you?

Have you encountered the same problem? Is there a way to fix it?
