How can I save folders and files which are directly on my c drive? Ubuntu will only save from a difefrent location and my files are held in a folder directly on the c drive? .

What version of ubuntu are you using? I use kubuntu, so I can't tell you how to do it in the gui unless you use KDE. If you are familiar with using the command line it's also relatively easy to access from there, but you need root access to do it (sudo) and that is only recommended if you know what you're doing. If you do, I'll be glad to answer on that level. –  Joe Mar 14 '12 at 19:31

The current version of Ubuntu One for Windows allows you to sync folders in the Users Profile folder. You can put files/folders in the Ubuntu One directory or select another folder in the users directory. Currently other folders outside this directory you can not sync with Ubuntu One.
