Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I have asked before for recommended wireless hardware and read amazon reviews. So I decided to buy TP-Link TL-WN722N.

But after installing it I noticed that Internet is really slow in Ubuntu. In windows it works normally.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I'm trying this askubuntu.com/questions/98844/…, but I get pastie.org/3550667 – umpirsky Mar 8 '12 at 20:04
Fixed that by getting compat-wireless-3.3-rc1-2.tar.bz2 from orbit-lab.org/kernel/compat-wireless-3.0-stable/v3.3 but wireless Internet is still slow. Any idea? – umpirsky Mar 8 '12 at 21:12
Did you ever resolve this or should we close this question? – Jorge Castro Sep 2 '12 at 14:14
