Recently I installed Ubuntu 11.10 in my PC. I installed too the Gnome Shell. I was using it, but today when i booted my PC it doesn't work any more; it just shows a superio bar. What should I do? I tried to reinstall it but it continues to do the same.

You can select the Graphical Environment at login. The Gnome 2 style is "Gnome Classic" option. If you want to customize it to look and feel more like Gnome 2, take a look at those instructions. |
