A friend of me gave me his Netbook to install Ubuntu and Mac on it. I have allready installed Ubuntu 11.10 32bit on it. Are there any problems while installing Mac or can I just put the CD in the tray and click install?

Thanks for your help

It's not legal to install MAC OS X on any other hardware then a mac.

I've run it through virtualization only. The best resource for this kind of installation is http://tonymacx86.com/ (hackintosh, were there is even tools to ease the installation)

It's definitely possible to install Mac OS X on a non-Mac PC. Is it advisable? No. Why not? Because even if you succeed (doubtful, unless you've especially chosen the hardware for this purpose), you will end up with a machine that is buggier than the Linux enthusiast's worst nightmare.

The main site for such things is Hackintosh. If you can glance through the front page without being intimidated...I guess you can go for it. Good luck.
