Well after finishing installing important updates for my ubuntu, the system asks me to restart the computer because of the updates, I do so but after doing that I can just move the pointer over the screen and I can't click any program or anything. I don't know how to fix it please help me! I tried it already with two mouses and it is still the same. If you know how to fix it please tell it. Thank you very much and please help!

Sounds like something might have gone wrong with the update, or it was incompatible for some reason. Turn on your computer again and see if your computer begins working fine again. If your still frozen hold down the power button on your computer for about 5 seconds and it will shut down.
