Here is a view of my Workspace Switcher. As you can see, I've moved my dock from the left to the bottom. If you look carefully, you can see that the black strip left for the launcher. Is there a way to remove this and move it to the bottom? I want it on the bottom rather than removed totally because clicking back on the Switcher icon moves me into workspace 4.

This is not true unity; rather it is using the CCSM plugin "Ubuntu Unity Plugin Rotated"

That is not Unity, but a fork of it. This means it's not available in well known places, which in turn makes it impossible to answer your question. You have to provide all the details for the community to help with this. I don't even know what that program is called, which makes it extremely difficult to find information about it, even if should try to. But you can't expect users here to dig up all that information for you. You have to provide the details yourself. – Jo-Erlend Schinstad Mar 18 at 7:34
