Our church would like to set up a WiFi hotspot in the "sanctuary only" where wifi users are directed to an .html page on the desktop / laptop, running Ubuntu.

Does anyone have very specific details on how we could make that work? What router works best (DD-WRT, etc) and the steps to doing that? Or, now anyone we can hire to configure a laptop and router to do this very thing? Thank you so much for your comments or suggestions.

Sir . i m also using dd-wrt .. google it you will know "dd-wrt best router" people here helps alot i dont thing so u need to hire some one ... – One Zero Feb 14 at 20:34
What you need is a 'Splash Page' set up on your wireless router. The particulars vary greatly depending on your hardware, but it's not too complicated. Unfortunately this question has little to do with Ubuntu so it will likely be closed or deleted. Your best bet is to do a web search for your model router plus the terms 'splash page how to'. Good luck. – Tom Brossman Feb 14 at 20:50
