I've got a problem, and I need help; I've got a laptop running Kubuntu 11.10. Bug appeared after hibernation problems (machine can't hibernate properly and was accidently set to hibernate)

Firstly, it wont recognize any USB devices at all. (Though it WILL recognize a USB wireless modem, but no storage devices, mice or keyboards) It then also forgets it has a track-pad (this is a laptop, and inbuilt).

Lastly, it then says it's lost audio output hardware, and can no longer output sound at all.

Now the machine won't respond at all to commands.

Booting into it's Windows partition is fine, everything works as expected.

How on earth do I fix this or who do I report it to? Seems like multiple errors O.o

Hello Dante Ashton, Ask Ubuntu (as you probably know) works better when your questions refer to individual issues. I would recommend splitting this question in to several small ones that will be better handled by the users trying to help you. – Bruno Pereira Feb 14 at 0:09
I'd love to, Bruno, but I don't know where to begin. – Dante Ashton Feb 14 at 1:43
