I've already tried TomDroid(Only read access), Chalk(new notes unable to upload), Remember the milk(but it doesn't link with Ubuntu One), Ubuntu One Files(but it doesn't sync notes). As you're aware now, nothing has helped me in getting a working read-write access to ubuntu one. Any ideas?

I found an app called Epistle for Android that uses DropBox for this functionality, and so far it's flawless. You edit text notes on your computer or your mobile, and they stay in sync.It doesn't answer your question but it does what you want : – Tom Brossman Feb 1 '12 at 14:09
Thanks..there are lots of such programs available like Catch, Evernote and lot of others which works with Google Notes but as alot of my notes are on Ubuntu One(even before i bought Android), so i am looking for an app which can work with Ubuntu one. – subeh.sharma Feb 1 '12 at 15:23
I wrote about this, but I moved to evernote. – James Feb 8 '13 at 16:57

It's kind of a kludge to use, but couldn't you symlink the files from your UbuntuOne with Dropbox and Epistle? I use Epistle myself and it's great.

Trevor, could you add this as a comment instead of an answer please? Either that or go ahead and try your suggestion and edit your answer (if it succeeds). This makes things simpler for people who read this later. – Tom Brossman Feb 1 '12 at 21:39

Try TomDroid, but compile it from bazaar release, do not download from market. I use it for months with read and write support.

Use this branch:

But development seem halted again :( even it is still usable for me to write note from mobile and edit in ubuntu
