Installed Ubuntu 16.04 here are my specs:

Memory: 1326MB / 3418MB
When I restarted after doing the update, Ubuntu Software Center was still there and crashed when opened. So I uninstalled it and restarted it again but gnome software center still wasn't there. So I tried to install it using sudo apt install gnome-software
but what I got was this:
