    Edit your question and add the output of lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy python-numpy liblapack3 liblapack.so.3 libgfortran3

Enter these two commands:

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean

Try to fix the broken dependencies:

sudo apt-get -f install
sudo dpkg --configure -a

And enter again sudo apt-get -f install.

This should solve your dependency problems and you can now install your package.

For me it was good to instal python-dev package before.
