Please get a temporary wired ethernet connection and open a terminal and do:

sudo apt-get install linux-firmware
sudo modprobe brcmsmac

Detach the ethernet. Is your wireless working now? If not, check the log for clues:

dmesg | grep -e wl -e brcm
